It is probably fair to say that a large number of resort, and hotel owners in Vietnam have not even heard of Timeshare, let alone understand the principles - so given this lack of knowledge, we have an important role to play. This does not mean that there would not be a market for a Timeshare resort, as there are some beautiful regions with amazing beaches along the extensive coastline. Visitors to this website will agree that they would be interested to explore the possibility of a new Timeshare destination.

 

As the hotel and resort business in Vietnam is in a development stage at the moment, there is a lot to be learnt. Experience can be drawn from the mistakes of others, and with plenty of examples available, future resort operators have the benefit of the wisdom earnt from years of business operations in the rest of the world.
