The resort may offer you the opportunity to purchase a week from a possible 52 week schedule. If you then purchase that slot, you will have the option to stay in that slot for the next specified amount of years. This will give you cheaper holidays, with the option of then reselling your Timeshare, or passing it to your children, thus holding like any other real estate property.

Is it Good value?

A Timeshare represent’s good value for money compared to renting a vacation property, in so much as the Timeshare Resort will offer a much higher standard to it’s owners, and invariably the use of the leisure facilities at no extra cost.
